This week we will be providing you with a FREE vegetarian pasta recipe that can also be made with chicken for the carnivores in the family.
Red Pepper Cayenne Pasta
Ingredients
12 ounces dry fettuccine pasta (or pasta of your choice)
1 red bell pepper, finely sliced
3 cloves garlic, minced
3/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 cup reduced fat sour cream
3/4 cup vegetable broth
3/4 cup fresh grated Parmesan cheese
salt and pepper to taste
chicken breast (optional)
Directions
Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook for 8 to 10 minutes or until al dente; drain.
